Islamabad Visa Services can provide guidance on the Russia tourist visa application process for Pakistani citizens. Please note that Pakistani citizens are currently not eligible for the Russian electronic visa (eVisa). Therefore, a traditional visa application at the Russian Embassy or Consulate is required. We recommend contacting the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate in Pakistan for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Documents Required (General - Subject to Change)
- Passport valid for at least six months after the intended visa expiry date, with at least two blank pages (one two-page opening). The signature or thumb impression of the bearer should be on page 2.
- Completed online visa application form (https://visa.kdmid.ru/), printed and signed.
- Recent passport-sized photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a white background, glued (not stapled) to the application form. Ensure the photo meets the specified requirements.
- Tourist voucher confirmation – an official invitation from a Russian tour operator (good quality scanned copies are accepted). This must be on the official letterhead with the MBT reference number.
- Hotel accommodation confirmation and confirmation of full payment.
- Copies of air tickets.
- Proof of international health insurance specifically covering travel to Russia for the entire duration of your stay.
- Bank account statement for the last 6 months with a minimum balance (for solo travelers: PKR 1,000,000; for families: PKR 1,500,000) on the bank's letterhead with bank details. Avoid sudden large deposits.
- Police Clearance Certificate.
- Copy of your passport (pages containing photo and address on the same page of an A4 sheet).
- If you have previous passports, submit all of them. If a previous passport was lost, attach an FIR in English.
- For applicants with a name change, provide a copy of the Name Change Application, Name Change Deed, Court Order (if applicable), and Marriage Certificate (if applicable).
- Additional requirements may apply for applicants born in the former USSR or Russia.
